There was plenty of pride, excitement and joy in the room as AIM presented two graduation ceremonies in the John Painter Hall at its Sydney campus on Friday March 16, 2018.

Over 200 of our 2017 graduates and their families and friends took part in two colourful ceremonies to celebrate their academic achievements and be welcomed into the AIM alumni community.

Guest speakers at the two ceremonies included Kinky Boots stage star Toby Francis (AIM Music Theatre alumni) and Universal Music Asia Marketing Manager Mark Dadic (AIM Bachelor of Entertainment Management alumni). Both speakers had some inspiring words to the audience of excited graduates about the world of opportunities that are now awaiting them as emerging music and creative arts professionals.

At the event performances were given by  Brian Tabada and Wojciech Wisniewski (Classical Graduates who played the entry music pieces), Mirko Golub (Graduate Studies Graduand) who performed a selection of jazz piano works, plus a lively performance of a work from Witches of Eastwick from our current AIM Music Theatre  students.

It was a memorable occasion for all participants, with lots of photos and videos captured by proud family and friends following the ceremonies.  You can check out some of the happy participants here

We wish all our new graduates all the very best wishes as they now commence their exciting life journey into the professional world of music and the creative arts as new AIM alumni.
