Greg White, Head of Production, has been busy. In July he undertook a composer residency at CCMIX in Paris (studios of Iannis Xenakis). From there he took a short trip to London to see 'Hold Vessel #2', an installation by Lynette Wallworth that he provided sound design for. The installation was premiered at The British Film Institute Southbank before touring internationally.
Back in Sydney, 'Bystander', which Greg also created the sound design for premiered at the new Carriageworks arts complex (245 Wilson St Redfern). 'Bystander'is a complex 3D sound/image interactive by Ross Gibson and Kate Richards and is open to the public until 8 September. It runs Wednesday to Saturday 12pm-8pm and admission is free entry.
