From Advanced Diploma to Bachelor Degree
The Australian Academy of Dramatic Art invites AADA Alumni and graduates from other drama schools to upgrade their drama course qualifications to a Bachelor of Performance through our unique Degree Conversion Course while gaining practical skills to create and produce your own work in the independent theatre drama scene.
Graduates who completed an Advanced Diploma at AADA or another Australian theatre school, acting school or drama school in the last 5 years are eligible to apply. AADA has received interest for the Conversion Course from drama graduates of Actors Centre Australia (ACA), Actors College of Theatre and Television (ACTT), ACArts (Adelaide), National Theatre Drama School (Melbourne), and the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (Perth).
Duration At AADA we offer 3 academic semesters per calendar year. The Bachelor of Performance Conversion Course can be completed in a minimum of 3 fulltime semesters (one year), allowing you to then advance into the Bachelor of Performance degree.
