“Thoughtful and comprehensive. I firmly believe Sydney needs your new course.”

The Australian Academy of Dramatic Art (AADA) takes a unique approach to the education for the Actor / Creator / Producer, to develop a fully rounded theatre education that goes beyond acting for stage and screen. AADA provides a broad undergraduate pathway to the dynamic world of independent theatre. Its core value is an understanding that the contemporary artist, whether onstage or off, is seeking to realise a great idea in theatrical time and space.
AADA is an internationally recognised drama school with a highly respected staff (more about AADA Staff). AADA is a department of AIM. Students can mix and network with over 800 other students as well as staff who are connected to the broader performing arts industry. AADA students can also take electives from other streams of relevant performing arts study.
