Bachelor of Performance

Unique Education for the Actor | Creator | producer.

Delivered over two years this acting course offers foundation and industry stages from which to build your portfolio of skills and experience. Major performance studies include: Creating from Self, Transformation of Self, the Performance Process and the Actor as Performer, Creator, Producer.

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Performance
  • Fulltime Duration: 2 years (6 semesters)
  • Semesters each year: 3
  • Flexible Starts Dates: Start in Semester 1, Semester 2 or Semester 3 (2 & 3 pending numbers)
  • Course Location: Surry Hills & Sydney CBD (Pilgrim Theatre), NSW.

Bachelor of Performance Conversion Course

Convert your acting course qualification to a Bachelor degree in one year of full-time study while gaining diverse practical skills:

  •     Fulltime Duration: 1 year (3 semesters)

  •     Entry by: Audition (plus proof of previous Advanced Diploma qualification)

Postgraduate Pathway to Drama Teaching

The Pathway to Drama Teaching is a partnership created specifically for theatre performance graduates from AADA seeking to qualify as a secondary school drama teacher. Graduates of the Bachelor of Performance enter the programs at the Australian Catholic University as double drama majors.
