FULL-TIME and PART-TIME LOADS AT AIM
The
full-time load for Centrelink purposes at tertiary level is 16 credit points and over. Anything below this is regarded as
part-time.

The Application Process.
1. APPLYChoose the course you want to do & fill in the
online application form.
2. AUDITION AND/OR INTERVIEW
Once you have applied, a student admissions team member will contact you to discuss & arrange an
audition or interview.
3. ACCEPT AND ENROL
If you are successful at your audition/interview, you will be sent an
offer letter and an
enrolment form. If you choose to accept your offer, complete the enrolment form, (include a recent passport photograph) and return it to AIM as soon as possible.
4. REGISTER FOR CLASSES
Following the application & enrolment process you will be asked to come to an Orientation & Registration week to choose your units, recieve your student card & timetable & finalise enrolment.

International students must pay the first semester fee in full before enrolment can be processed. A Certificate of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued as part of the enrolment process.
*Australian students enrolling in an undergraduate or postgraduate course may opt for FEE-HELP, the Commonwealth Government’s program. For students opting for FEE-HELP, enrolment will be processed with the inclusion of a completed FEE–HELP form.
*PLEASE NOTE:
AIM does not keep or return CD's, DVD's or portfolio's sent in with applications, so please ensure you do not send us your originals.
