Entertainment Management Masterclass: Make Music Fest

AIM’s Bachelor of Entertainment Management and Bachelor of Music (Arts Management) are courses designed to teach artists and music industry professionals alike the business of music. As a student of these courses, you also have an incredible opportunity to collaborate with your fellow students across all the music disciplines at AIM.

Make Music Fest is a full day of workshops and masterclasses for our future students. These workshops are ideally suited to Year 11 and 12, recent school leaver or mature age students interested in studying at AIM.

During this entertainment management workshop, you will:

About your teacher:

TIM KELLY

Tim  Kelly is a music lover, marketeer, and management specialist. He commenced his career in the UK, where he founded One Little Indian Records and was Head of International at Rough Trade Records. After moving to Australia, he became GM Marketing at Universal Music Australia, GM Marketing Sony Australasia and Managing Director of indie label Inertia Records. 

His journey through the music industry has included stints as a fanzine editor, tour manager, recording artist, independent label co-founder, marketing executive and managing director. He is now a full-time educator specialising in the business of music and entertainment.
